History:
Tremor was at first believed to be some sort of monster. He appeared out of nowhere and caused immense devastation to New Blok City’s structures and landscape. He can create earthquakes and manipulate seismic activity in the area around him. His rock like body acts as armor to protect him from attacks. The cracks in his skin reveal a magma-like core which makes him invulnerable to heat and fire. Tremor has incredible strength that very few rivals can match. He has also been observed to produce a lava blast from his hands which can cause major damage. Recently, it has been discovered that Tremor is not a monster, but actually a man. What his identity is or how he got his powers is a mystery, but it is very doubtful that he will offer that information. Tremor lashes out and causes massive destruction and hysteria, but it is unclear what his motivations are. He could be acting on vengeance or in the employ of someone; or perhaps is just a helpless victim of an unfortunate circumstance. His menacing appearance makes it very difficult to determine what his intentions are. Whatever the case may be, it is apparent that Tremor will shake the foundations of New Blok City’s citizens and homes quite literally.

History:
Ellie Dupleaux was a promising young law student who came to New Blok to further her career and take on the city’s criminal elements. Shortly into her promising career, she fell ill to a rare disease that left her disabled and was slowly killing her. An experimental treatment using gamma radiation and copper particles not only cured her, but left her with some unusual side effects. Her strength and stamina were magnified way beyond the average human. Her body could endure an incredible amount of physical punishment as well as resist acid. The biggest change was that her skin would take on a greenish hue when her adrenaline would kick in. Using the Statue of Liberty as the inspiration behind her beliefs, Miss Dupleaux has adopted the name Liberty as she fights crime with a more hands on approach. Most recently, she has developed the ability to communicate through telepathy and is able to detect when a living person is nearby. She can also use empathy, detecting lies and can feel the emotional state of those around her. Fearing her French accent will reveal her identity, she rarely speaks while in her heroic form. Regardless, Liberty is a beacon of justice determined to protect the well-being of New Blok’s citizens.

History:
Patriot X was the first individual to respond to the defense of New Blok during the recent mysterious events. Donning red, white, and blue powered armor, this hero has taken it upon himself to protect the innocent from the criminal elements within the city. The armor allows Patriot X enhanced strength, body armor, protection from EMPs, the ability to shoot energy blasts, flight, go undetected by radar and sonar, protects the senses, as well as being resistant to cold, corrosion, electricity, fire, and radiation. It isn’t unreasonable to expect more upgrades. The identity of Patriot X is unknown. He could be anything from a police officer to a businessman, but one thing is clear. Patriot X is determined to be a champion for the citizens of New Blok.

Superheroes are often as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and sometimes even as revered as gods. But that's when they're using their powers for good. What happens when the heroes go rogue and start abusing their powers?
This MOC is a collaborative display made by Capt'ain Spaulding, LegoManiac and myself for the Fana'Briques 2012 exhibition in Rosheim (France).
This was the first time we joined the 3 parts together for a total display of 2,4m and 80 figs!
Thanks a lot to Nesta for drawing the background, and Will from www.brickheroes.com/ for sponsoring the printing.

Another 2013 MOC. Bit of a revamp of the Chitauri vehicle from the 2012 Captain America's Avenging Cycle set build, but with more dark grey so that it feels more accurate to the film. Also explains why the Chitauri minifigs have dark grey hands instead of purple ones.

This is a quick summary of the chart I use for comparing strength, agility, and intellect for my characters. It is meant as a guideline on how I rate abilities and powers. It's also based on Marvel, so I could answer some questions on how those heroes or villains are rated by comparison. Enjoy.
Using the decals from the Lego Batman video game, I was able to fabricate a Man-Bat (one of my favorite villains) I will be replacing the headpiece with the "Bat-Creature" headpiece once the new Monster Fighter theme is released.
Comments and feedback are appreciated :)

History:
Jason Knox was an extremely talented young man who was both intelligent and physically gifted. His athleticism earned him a scholarship at NPU where he majors in chemistry. His plans to turn pro after his senior year were sidetracked by an accident during a science field trip. Over time, Jason began to exhibit special powers randomly each day. His skin turns a golden hue when using his powers and seems to work at varying degrees. He has exhibited the following powers so far: enhanced strength, armor like skin, control over electricity and fire, flight, lightning speed, phase through objects, regeneration, telekinesis, and telepathy...so far. The citizens have taken to calling him Dynamo, and he doesn’t mind being a show off to the public. Unsure of what powers he might be dealing from one day to the next, he continues to brave the challenge of taking on the city’s criminal underworld.
