I’ve always believed that photography is 90 percent luck and 10 percent hard work and critical thinking. Time and time again, I’ve found myself standing in awe at the heart of nature’s most breathtaking displays—moments where beauty and power collide in the most magical of ways.
One such moment happened while traveling through the central west of NSW at sunset. I was compelled to stop the car, captivated by the sky as the setting sun and rolling clouds danced together, painting the horizon with hues so vivid they felt almost otherworldly. It was as if nature itself was putting on a light show, a spectacle of colour and shadow that seemed to pulse with life.
In that fleeting moment, I felt the full force of nature’s magic—a memory that will linger with me for a long time to come. I thank my good luck that I had my camera with me to record this incredible moment!
