There has been a bakery since I remember but since 2018 this location is occupied by Carton with their slogan Chez Carton, tout est fait maison and since the covid crisis very popular because of their price winning croissants. There is sometimes a waiting line in front of the store.
The pub Hide Out Paris is located at this location since 2009. Before there was an unknown restaurant Sun Ra.
Boulevard de Denain
Boulevard de Denain is a street in the 10ème arrondissement in Paris in the quarter Saint-Vincent-de-Paul and has a length of 110 meters and a width of 30 meters. It starts at Boulevard de Magenta and ends at Rue de Dunkerque.
When it opened in 1859, the Boulevard de Denain absorbed Rue de Denain which had been opened in 1827 on the grounds of Saint-Lazare (a former enclosed Paris) ended under the street name rue de la Barrière-Saint-Denis until 1847.
This street is well served by public transport due to its location opposite Gare du Nord. High speed trains (TGV, Eurostar, Thalys), interregional trains, regional trains, RER (B and D), métro (4, 5) and 15 RATP bus lines.

The late jazz musician Sun Ra taken at the Odunde festival held every June in Philly. He was trying to go incognito but I could spot him anywhere. 1982
My place in Richmond, Virginia from 1986-92
I built the shade for this light fixture from rat traps. The two bulbs are inside octagonal housings made of mousetraps.
I'm posting this because I just learned of a group called Light Fixture(s) That I Made. Check it out. Lots of very cool lights.

I took this photo in 1975 at The Stables, in East Lansing, Michigan. That's Marshall Allen in the background.
