A Mexican Coke bottle that I brought back as a little souvenir from my recent holiday in LA, Las Vegas and Mexico. It's in my flat and when I see it in the corner of my eye it reminds me of that trip, and that makes me smile.

During the summer I try and run 3 or 4 times a week, it's less frequent in the winter. I also play 5-a-side football on occasion as well, such as last night.

Well, nightscape. Slow shutter overlooking the A120 bypass near to where I live with Braintree in the distance. Some of the lights have a bit of a wavy look because an HGV came past and the ground rumbled a bit.

I'm in England, so what else would it be but rain. Temperature-wise it's quite mild for winter, the picture doesn't show the strong wind though.
