I don't know if this counts as a tree or not. I spotted it on trade day here in Wimberley and thought it looked pretty cool.
Happy to see February get here. That means Winter is almost over..;) March is usually windy but doable. The hotel prices go up at the coast starting tomorrow, soooooo no more trips to the coast for a while..;(

Thanks for all the good thoughts but the beach vacation didn't work out. I went in for a regular visit to my cardiologist and he sent me to the hospital. Had to call my daughter and ask her to come run my bed and breakfast for me. I'm home now and they don't have to creak me open. I do have to go back in 2 weeks to get a value replacement. So, there's that.

We're into the crazy weather again.64 at night and 93 during the day.
I didn't know you could wear out a wireless mouse and keyboard until now. First I though, I must have a bug or virus, I was doing virus scrans and they I rebooted my system to factory but things just kept getting worse. So, I did the simple thing, replaced my keyboard and mouse. And now, everything works great..;)
That's my neighbor with the dog. I saw her walking her dogs the other morning and wave at her to walk towards me.
I had to reload my computer again so I had a chance to look over my images that I haven't seen in a while. I fell for that email that says your Amazon account has been hacked, call this 1-800 support number. I did and than they tried to take over my PC. I hit the power button but when I started my computer they were still in side, so I did a factory restart. It worked but I had to reload everything.
Luckily, I've learned to keep anything I'm afraid of losing on a external hard drive. Anyway, don't fall for it if you get the email. Learn from me
I should add, this is suppose to be a reproduction of the Santa Maria, as in Columbus. I would take that out in the bay, much less across the world..;)
I've been saving this image just for this weekend. It's Memorial day here in the US and a lot of people have Monday off. It's the day we celebrate those that died in service to there country.
The stone says "Land of the free because of the brave."

My shift doesn't start until 3 today, so I went out this morning to get some morning shots. I was so upset with myself for remembering everything except my tripod..:( Sometimes I hate my life. Anyway, I turned up the ISO and got a few good shots. Sand Castle shot coming soon..:)
I don't really know what kind of bug this is. I thought it looked a little like a lighting bug.
Tomorrow Saturday, and I was going to the Oatmeal festival, but a friend called and wanted to come visit me and hang out in Wimberley. Tomorrow is market day here. Pretty much an over grown garage sale..:) But it's something to do and they have live music and food. Something to be said about that.
