In Australia, sunbaking isn't as orderly as it is in Tel Aviv. Chairs are rarely used and umbrellas are simply too much bother.
Explore Flinders Chase National Park, which incorporates almost 20 per cent of the island. Discover the Remarkable Rocks. These large granite boulders balance dramatically on the cliff edge, which plunges 75 metres into the turbulent Southern Ocean below. Your next stop is Admirals Arch. A boardwalk takes you down the rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for the 10,000 New Zealand fur seals that frolic in the ocean and sunbake on the rocks. Afterwards, a delicious picnic style lunch will be served complete with wine. By special permit, you’ll enter the Kelly Hill Conservation Park to see kangaroos and other native wildlife emerge from the safety of the bush land to graze on the open plains.http://www.lokshatours.com/day-tours/adelaide-a-south-australia-tours

It's usually only the males who get the bright red colouring and that will grow more intense during mating season and fade at other times.
