My son is trying to find out exactly how hot the sidewalk has to be to 'fry" an egg since he heard that in Chicago they fry them right on the beach in summer. Ok. we need a piece of slate but you can see it's bubbling and the yellow actually liquefied and dribbled down to the gutter. Of course the next morning I didn't have enough eggs for my morning power shake.. how dare he use them on the sidewalk. :-)
