First, I designed a flyer to advertise that the new album is out. I printed the flyer off and took it to Office Depot and had 100 copies made. I went all over my campus and hung the flyers everywhere I could think of: bathrooms, classrooms, bulletin boards, elevators, recycle bins, bus stops, etc. In all, I hung 71 of the 100 flyers. I wrote in sidewalk chalk on the ground that the new album was out in 17 high-traffic areas. I work at a coffee shop, and I wrote about the album on bagel bags and used them to give customers their baked goods—I did it 6 times before my supervisor noticed and scolded me. Haha. I have been using a green bag that I made. I wrote on the back window of my car that the album is out.

I did the flyers and the chalk on Sunday night and I have not been on campus since then, but from what I have seen previously with chalk is, it works. People stop to read it. I know that my car is getting a lot of attention…people have been staring at me when I get out of it, and staring when I get in. I have noticed that a lot of people have been looking at the bag, too. I have had a couple people tell me that they’re fans of The Redwalls, so I told them to be sure that they bought the new record because it is out, and it is excellent
