A young, smiling blonde woman models a casual and trendy outfit featuring dark wash, distressed flare jeans and a white t-shirt knotted at the waist, posing confidently in a studio setting.
The high-rise jeans are snug through the hip and thigh and feature a significant, wide flare at the bottom, reminiscent of a modern bell-bottom style. Her hands are casually tucked into the front pockets, highlighting the look's relaxed and carefree vibe, perfect for fashion inspiration or retail photography.

Diwali is just five days away, the houses are being cleaned, lights are being lit, new clothes are being bought and what not! And I am missing out on all of it because #gradlife.
I know how confusing it can be to decide what to wear on Diwali as we all want to look our best and stand out from the crowd. I love ethnic clothing way too much. And well, who doesn't like to dress up?
Here are some things to keep in mind while selecting that perfect outfit -
1. Wear something bright and colorful this festive season. Bright colors are your best bet here. Go in for darker shades of orange like persimmon or tangelo, deep violet or indigo, navy blue, pink, fuchsia and similar such tones. The key here is that anything bright will work! Remember, a litte experimentation is harmless. It usually brings out the best in you!
(Contrast and layers are the in-thing this season! You can team up a green choli, pink lehenga and a blue dupatta for a dazzling energetic look!)
2. If you are wearing a heavy outfit, do light make up. Let your outfit do all the talking.
3. When it comes to footwear, I usually prefer wearing juttis. I avoid heels since I like bursting crackers and its really difficult to run around while wearing heels! Haha! Check out my list if you're looking for some fun juttis.
4. Velvet is one of the main trends this season. The 90's trend has made a definitive comeback this Fall, dominating runways from Paris to New York. Pair your Saree / Lahenga with a velvet blouse or velvet footwear to add glamour to your outfits.
5. Oh and by the way, team up your outfit with long earrings, mang tika, bangles and a beautiful bindi.
