My space in one shot. Leann's beautiful Moxie quilt is hanging on the wall behind the longarm. I like to hang quilts here to snap photos before sending them back home to their owners. As you can see, my longarm takes up a lot of space in the room. This is a master suite on the north end of our house, by the front door and away from the main sleeping quarters. It's roughly 15' x 14' and a good fit for the longarm, although I wouldn't mind another foot each way to maneuver around the table a bit better.

Getting to work on my first mosaic since February when we bought our new house!
I love being able to see all my tiles on the shelves instead of blindly digging around in a cupboard. We recycled the old kitchen counters (this is the island top) and shelves from the new house. I have great light, electricity, a/c and plenty of room to spread out. I can let the glass fly without worries (which I couldn't do in a garage.) The other side has more shelving and a small desk and cupboard.

This is a box of 48 Transformers Battle Cards. Available at Universal Studios, the base game is like the card game "War". Some of the photos on the cards are actually clearer than other media I've seen.
Not really sure what this is, possibly a mobile music studio, seen here parked in front of the Millennium Centre, Cardiff.
The picture was taken on 11 October 2014.
Well sort of. This would be the second piece of the Barracuda pair to be hanged in next Thursday's Reaktor Design Day. The other one is this.
This was my first photo exhibition.

Here is the desk extension in place, and the basic studio layout. I'm still figuring out where everything needs to go. I'll label everything individually with notes, for those who are curious.
I set up some lights for a family shoot and was testing it on my buddy kev. Here i used two lights behind him and pointing at him with grids on for the backlighting.
I used one light to photo right with an umbrella for the main light and some white styrofoam sheets to photo left for fill.
I also used one light right behind him pointed at the background.
My home studio. Three light setup; one lamp camera left providing general illumination over the keyboard, one lamp behind the desk lighting the guitar and the ground (with purple gel on bottom half of lamp) and one torch light painting in the speaker cones.
