I checked out a park nearby that is fairly wild. There is trails that pass a thin stream. Quite lovely really. But what was awesome is to get close to this group of turkeys? and see them wandering oblivious to everything around them. They were adorable and very amusing. My sight is poor and I struggled clicking and seeing. Then with movement I finally got it there was two not one ;) Most enjoyable too was no humans around just birds and sounds of nature in Hayward regional shorelines.
Saw this two acorns stuck together on one of my trips to the Bendigo Botanical Gardens and I just have to take a photo of it.

After uploading the first version of this picture, I wasn't really happy with the result since the background was so nervous that I wasn't really looking at the leaf. Hence, I've tried to add a strong vignette and to lower the contrast which makes the bokeh less busy and draws the attention more to the center of the image. Personally, I favor this version, but I would like to know what you think?

Another one from Lake Constance where they grow wine and fruit. Taken 2 years ago. We were stuck in traffic and it was very slow going. I held my phone out of the window because I liked these structures moving past. I made it bw (well, with a little blue tinge) because like this it was more like I remembered it. Colours just got in the way. Perhaps processed a little over the top, but we all have days like this, don't we?

I heard a boat had gone onto the rocks at Bournda Island, so I took a walk there today. I was a little disappointed that it was not something a bit more substantial but nevertheless, it was something different . It turned out to be a decent sized tinny with damage to the right side. It could have been washed into the ocean from one of the many floods on the east coast of Australia. A police ribbon has been tied to the front. A big sea this day and I was surprised it was still there but could then see it was firmly stuck in the sand adjacent to the island channel. Bournda National Park Far South Coast NSW.
