These are the two seats in the rear that are side-by-side. These seats can also be place in the front of the stroller, and they can face either direction.
With another seat and frame extension, you could seat four in this stroller, with two in the front side by side and two in the back side by side.
This story behind this picture is kind of a long one...
Whenever Chuck & I go out with friends to a bar, we play this game we've aptly named, "Stroller!" We sit by the window in a bar, if there is a window seat, and whenever someone walks by pushing a stroller, we all have to yell out, "Stroller!" and take a drink. Whoever yells out last drinks two. And if it's a "double-decker" stroller, everyone drinks two. It's happened before where a man became wise to what we were doing, and kept walking past the window, smiling while pushing his child in their "STROLLER!"
