Just in time for our NY trip, I wanted to have it in case of crazy weather. Loops to hang on the handles, and snaps to keep it from dragging on the ground.

This photo was edited and retouched from a photo of my mannequin in a, of course, walking pose. I replaced the background with black, and made it glow a little bit, and painted some around the edges to give it an artistic feel. Hope you like it!
My daughter and I went for a walk this evening....got back to the house and she was knocked out! Too bad it is not that easy putting her to sleep at night.
