The cheapie seat that came on the cheapie doll stroller we got our daughter for her birthday tore, of course, within a day or two because the kids were, of course, riding in the stroller themselves. I made a new liner last night in a very short time. It's topped with a cute cotton woven, and backed with a heavy cotton twill for added sturdiness. I recycled the webbing straps from the original to save time, mainly. Bound with packaged bias tape, this one should hold up a long time.

Chad put the stroller together on Thursday. We practiced putting the car seat in and out of it. :) We're getting ready!!
A walk around town, for some unknown reason we took the jogging stroller instead of a pack or carrier. Was much fun.

Baby's Week 6
We had mid-60's temperatures today, so we decided to bundle up the baby and take him for a ride... this is the first outdoor air he's breathed except for a couple car rides. He slept through it. :-)
NOTE: It's warmer than it looks this day.... I'm in a long sleeved t-shirt with no jacket and I'm sweating a bit. Cassandra didn't get the "it's actually warm" memo or something!
They were both running around playing and blabbering until they were strapped into the stroller. At once they were in the "stroller zone" - just staring off into space.
For when Sharon must take William without help, she wanted a lighter weight stroller. When she has help, the first stroller is better. It has more cargo space and the back support can tilt up or lay flat.
