After a couple of glasses of wine I can spend hours looking at this thing

...... I was about to take a photo of this plants flowering bud for ID purposes when the Holly Blue fluttered into view and settled on it.

As the Butterfly was so tiny (approx 25mm with wings outspread) I have cropped and resized the image

Apparently they always come to rest with wings folded which is a shame because although delicately marked they are very pretty.

4-Day Work Weeks

The idea of American achieving work-life balance is laughable. Somehow the Europeans figured it out. Supposedly. We’ve been too busy to check into this. But the 4-day work-week, as mythical as it sounds, is an idea we can get behind. It’s nice having something to dream about during long, long meetings.

Who doesn’t like self-depreciating humor? Maybe highly insecure people, but everyone else seems to like having stuff that shows they have a sense of humor. Like beer coozies that say 0-Bitch in Sixty Seconds. So a tip jar that call out inappropriateness in the work place gets a thumbs up from us.
