brush strokes. Even the car is not complete, created with just strokes
and lines in inverse. Whole story lies in the headlight and the
indicator... Old car still standing with some light of life... This

Something weird and different this week, but I like it. We spend most long walks at the lake swimming, it is SO hot. It is really bad how hot it is getting and the dogs love going to the lake.

Teresa Wentzler's Stroke of Midnight. Her design, my stitching. Gave this as a gift to my grandmother. From start to finish it took 7 years, with HUGE gaps of doing nothing in those 7 years. It was a complete surprise for my grandmother, and something I was excited to have finished in time to give her. The framing was done for $350 at Frame Central.
The frame was $120, stretching was $30, the museum quality glass was $100 and the mats and what not were an additional $100. My intention was to create a family heirloom, passed on to other family members. I was extremely happy with how it turned out.

Strokers is a custom bike shop in Dallas near our office. They have this bus outside their place, and I thought it would make a good HDR. I think it came out pretty good.
