“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved” Students of classes II to V from St. Angel’s School, Gurugram participated in the competition “Strokes of Bravery” in which they represented courageous personalities who scarified their own comfort and freedom to contribute to the growth of society. The students portrayed personalities like Dr. Anandi Bai Joshi, Rani Laxmi Bai, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, Malala Yousafzai, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Sarojini Naidu, Indira Gandhi etc. whose stories are real life examples of what courage and bravery actually mean. School vice Principal, Ms. Anita Yadav congratulated all the participants and motivated them to be inspired by the strong personalities in society and contribute their own bit to make a difference.
Ro had a severe stroke this weekend. But he will recover I hope. Here he is in the sun on his favorite spot. He hardly can walk, but he is getting stronger every day now. His head is still bent to the right though

Next door to the motorcycle showroom, is the Ice House. Cold beer is on the menu here along with good times. I had a blast in here.
