Despite my efforts there was an ever so slight breeze blowing on this web that was just enough to distort the droplets but I still loved the image.
Strings played at the Scottish Rite center in Oakland last night.
Thanks to Farhan, I got a chance to sit square in the middle of the first row (best seats I have ever had at any concert). I'll upload a couple more photographs later.
I finally finished binding the quilt I made for Rachel and Sean, and delivered it last weekend. I'm so pleased with how it turned out!

Music is forever; music should grow and mature with you, following you right on up until you die. ~ Paul Simon
Went down into my son's studio again.. His Dean was staring me right in the face, so I had to photograph it. I used the David Hill Process on it to bring out the strings...
This pose? Yeah. It randomly came to me while I was standing there. My friend was laying on the ground and she was looking at the sky so I took the opportunity to stand in front of this fence and pose. Very unsure about this but decided to upload anyway. My camera was put up on my camera bag 'cause I didn't bring my tripod.
I like the whole idea behind this though - invisible strings. We often have things holding us back that don't always show and eventually we just want to fall.
Later the person who owned this house sent their dog out in their backyard...I guess they didn't enjoy two teenage girls posing awkwardly like this and taking photos.
Not shooting this Saturday which I'm bummed about. Instead I'm shooting on Sunday or Monday in the woods since I need to get these ideas out.
Nothing like late night Flickr posts.
