Niagara on the Lake has preserved its quaintness. The town was a centre of conflict between the British and the newly formed country of the US.
The British influence is still prevalent and is reflected in the architecture. This is the side view of the Prince of Wales Hotel, just down the street from the Shaw Festival Theatre.
