I couldn't decide whether to take a picture of the artist and his composition, or to snap a shot of what he was painting. I decided to snap a shot of half of him, and to forget the rest.

This was in Digbeth, Birmingham. I know I've used colour but it would have betrayed the artist to use B&W. The young lady standing was having a photo shoot for her Blog. The caption I've used, is referring to the tail in the scorpion Graffiti and not the lady leaning against the wall! Well I took advantage again of her in this shot to add scale only. This is in the same area as my previous shot under the Railway Arch off Floodgate Street. As I have said if you like street/urban photography you wont be disappointed, I know I wasn't.

First time experimenting with FX-39 II. Got a 50%-off deal at the local shop. Learned it works well with slower and especially t-grained films. So far it looks promising! Too bad the tri-x stock is running low :-P

Good to see the man back in the town of my birth. This was the quietest moment between constant traffic and interested onlookers.

I found this old photo. I was never able to show before joining the Flickr family.An ugly old door has become the setting for ingenious works made with waste materials. I consider the unknown author a true artist!
