Approaching the summit of Mount Wellington atop Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Editing courtesy of Lightroom, shot on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Will map the photo at a later time.
I’ve always wanted to name a photo ‘Stralia’ and here I think I have my perfect opportunity.
‘Stralia’ or ‘Straya’ is a modified word meaning of course “Australia”.
It’s how we pronounce it and is a uniquely Australian term. We use this as an endearing word for our country, but also like to mention it on a daily basis for no particular reason.

Taken on Easter Monday on my way back from South Australia. This is somewhere between Renmark and Mildura. This rainbow kept appearing and then disappearing in my rear view mirror. I pulled over twice and out he drone in the air but the rainbow was gone again. On the third attempt I managed to capture it. Just out of scene were a mob of emus running around too.

One of Western Australia's most popular places for colourful wildflowers, Kalbarri National Park also offers a range of adventure activities like bush walking, gorge hiking and canoeing.
Kalbarri National Park abounds with opportunities and is one of the most exciting and spectacular in Western Australia. Marvel at nature's ability to carve the landscape. Explore the depths and heights of the river gorges and sea cliffs and admire the floral beauty of the vast, rolling sandplains.
The Murchison River gorges in the Kalbarri National Park are also particularly spectacular. The gorges have been carved over millions of years to form dramatic sandstone cliff faces which plummet into the Murchison River as it meanders towards the township of Kalbarri. - australiascoaralcoast
