Fun conversation at the cafe this afternoon. The owners sister is working extra at Malmen's. She finds it hard to remember all our favorite sandwiches. So when for instance local music legend Tompa Eken orders his special, she might give him the wrong sandwich. I suggested that I could take some photos and add the correct names to the sandwiches to make it easier for her. Everyone then agreed that it would be easy to name all the pastries after Fredde, because he sure likes his cakes, like this one, which is a Jordgubbsbakelse.
Tasty Swedish word of the day. I missed a birthday cake thingy earlier in the week because of, well lets just blame it on a bit of bad weather. Anywho at the cafe today the birthday boy decided to treat me to a strawberry pastry. Nice with friends like that sometimes.
