Die sogenannten Longtailboote werden auch als Taxiboote genutzt, die am Strand bereit stehen. Mit ihnen gelangt man zu anderen kleinen Buchten und Stränden oder man macht kleine "Fishing Trips" mit.

"Hyggelig" ist ein dänisches Adjektiv, das sich am besten mit "gemütlich", "angenehm" oder "behaglich" übersetzen lässt. Es beschreibt eine Atmosphäre oder Situation, die ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit, Zufriedenheit und Wohlbefinden vermittelt.
Es ist ist eng mit dem dänischen Lebensgefühl "Hygge" verbunden, das sich auf das bewusste Genießen von einfachen, schönen Momenten im Leben konzentriert.
Wir feiern derzeit dieses Lebensgefühl in den hügeligen Dünenlandschaften im hohen Norden...
Der Ausblick, den ich euch hier mutgebracht habe, ist nicht etwa ein ganz besonderer, sondern der, den ich täglich genießen kann, wenn ich zum Strand hinunter gehe....

Die Halbinsel zwischen dem Sandvig und Stevningnor führt durch eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Landschaft. Steilküsten wechseln sich ab mit sanften Strandabschnitten, es geht an Feldern und Fuetbiotopen entlang und durch kleine Uferwälder, die mit seltenen Orchideen aufwarten.
Also von überfüllten Stränden an der Ostsee Nähe Grömitz im Ostseebad Kellenhusen, kann man nicht sprechen.Ich habe die Lage als entspannt erlebt.

Sur la rive ouest du port, on trouve les quais de l'Aker Brygge au Stranden 3, à Oslo, capitale de la Norvège.
Ces quais occupent la place des anciens chantiers navals et leurs entrepôts qui ont fermé leurs portes en 1982, libérant une zone portuaire attractive. Ils ont été depuis réaménagés pour former un complexe ultramoderne, à la fois galerie marchande et centre récréatif. Cet exemple de reconversion d'ancien quartier a été salué dans le monde entier. C'est aujourd'hui l'un des endroits les plus animés de la capitale norvégienne.
Les quais sont entièrement occupés par des terrasses de café fréquentés au moindre rayon de soleil par la clientèle des immenses galeries commerciales qui ont investi les anciens entrepôts, superbement restaurés. Des théâtres, des cinémas, des cafétérias et des restaurants entretiennent une animation permanente jusqu'à des heures avancées de la soirée. Depuis les quais, la vue s'étend jusqu'à la forteresse Akershus de l'autre côté de la baie.
Oslo est la capitale d'État de la Norvège. La ville s'est appelée Christiania de 1624 à 1924, selon l'ancienne graphie latine héritée du danois, ou communément Kristiania en dano-norvégien. Le 1er janvier 1925, elle a officiellement repris le nom d'un modeste faubourg, site historique de la première ville, fondée au fond de l'Oslofjord par Harald III et promue capitale royale sous Haakon V. La ville, qui s'étend sur 450 km2, est restée en symbiose avec la nature par ses larges espaces verts et ses pistes de ski, bien que cet important nœud de communication ferroviaire et portuaire soit desservi par un réseau routier et autoroutier et de nombreux trains de banlieue.
Unter den schönsten Stränden Europas finden sich immer wieder auch Strände Nordeuropas. Das mag für manche überraschend sein, denn die meisten assoziieren Traumstrand mit Palmen und Sangria. OK, sowas gibt’s hier oben in diesen arktischen Breiten sicher nicht, aber weite Strände mit feinstem Sand, türkisfarbenes Wasser, Ruhe, das findet man hier durchaus öfters. Wir befinden uns hier am Skagsanden Beach, den ich persönlich noch schöner finde als den benachbarten, viel berühmteren Ramberg Beach. Auch heute waren wieder Leute hier beim Baden, auch wenn das Wasser etwas wild und der Wind gewohnt frisch war, und sich durch den Regen der letzten Stunden zudem kleine, temporäre Bäche ihren Weg durch den Strandsand gebahnt haben.

The most beautiful beaches in Europe often include beaches in Northern Europe. This may come as a surprise to some, as most people associate dream beaches with palm trees and sangria. OK, you certainly don't find anything like that up here in these arctic latitudes, but wide beaches with the finest sand, turquoise water, peace and quiet - you can find that quite often here. We are here at Skagsanden Beach, which I personally find even more beautiful than the neighboring, much more famous Ramberg Beach. There were people swimming here again today, even though the water was a bit rough and the wind was as fresh as usual, and the rain of the last few hours had also caused small, temporary streams to make their way through the beach sand.

Aveiro in Portugal, is perhaps one of the country’s most unique and inspiring cities, and yet it remains a hidden gem. This is a city quite unlike any other, a place where urban sophistication and modernity meet and merge with the unique marine environment in which Aveiro, Portugal, has its ancient roots. No visit to Aveiro would be complete without taking the time to explore the expansive lagoon and canals that weave their way around and through the city. There is something about a city set amongst water that adds a certain charm and magic, and Aveiro is no exception. Indeed, Aveiro has been hailed as the Venice of Portugal for its pretty maritime setting. Aveiro canals and the lagoon have been the centre of its industry and economy for hundreds of years, and simply taking the time to wander along their banks is like taking a journey through history. Lined with a mixture of grand buildings and former fishermen’s houses, the canals are a festival of colour, with brightly coloured paintwork and attractive azulejo panels for which Portugal is renowned. However, it is the bobbing fishing boats, or moliceiros as they are known locally, which really bring the Aveiro canals to life.
The moliceiros are shaped long and narrow boats, with a styled bow and stern which are often highly decorated, with ornate images demonstrating tongue-in-cheek humour about everyday situations. Moliceiros were traditionally used to harvest seaweed, although they are more commonly used these days for tourist activity, and hopping in one to take a tour round the city from the water’s perspective is the perfect way of whiling away an hour or two during your stay.
Aveiro is door de kleurrijke huizen, gondels, kanaaltjes en prachtige stranden een ideale bestemming voor iedereen die de Atlantische kust van Portugal wil ervaren. Toeristen die belanden in het oude havenstadje Aveiro denken soms wel eens in het verkeerde land te zijn aangekomen. Met talrijke kanaaltjes, gondels, een lagune en zeer kleurrijke architectuur heeft het inderdaad wel wat weg van het Italiaanse Venetië. Voeg daar ook nog aan toe de prachtige stranden van de Costa da Prata, wat vertaald kan worden als de Portugese zilverkust, en je zult begrijpen waarom het kleine, rustgevende Aveiro erg populair is bij zowel Portugese als internationale bezoekers. Niet ver van grotere steden zoals Porto of Coimbra, leent het zich bij uitstek voor hen die enkele dagen aan de kust willen doorbrengen. Wij hadden alleen de hele dag regen. Wat Aveiro echter het meest bijzonder maakt zijn de kanaaltjes welke de stad via de lagune verbinden met de Atlantische Oceaan, Hoewel niet helemaal te vergelijken met het veel grotere Venetië, is een rondvaart in een moliceiro zoals de gondels hier heten zonder meer aan te raden.
Einer der schönsten Stränden Europas zeigt sich heute mal so gar nicht traumhaft. 2 Tage Regen ließen Bäche entstehen, die sich ihren Weg durch den sonst herrlich weißen Sandstrand bahnen. Der Wind ist noch immer kräftig, so manche Böe schmeißt einen fast um, Gischtflocken fliegen nahezu waagerecht durch das Wasser und das Wasser ist heute ausnahmsweise nicht karibisch türkisblau. Aber, mir gefällt das ja so 😁

One of the most beautiful beaches in Europe is not looking so dreamy today. Two days of rain have created streams that are making their way through the otherwise wonderfully white sandy beach. The wind is still strong, some gusts almost knock you over, spray flakes fly almost horizontally through the water and today, for once, the water is not a Caribbean turquoise blue. But I like it that way 😁

Croatia is a country in Southeast Europe. It borders Slovenia to the northwest, Hungary to the northeast, Serbia to the east, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro to the southeast, sharing a maritime border with Italy. Croatia was part of the former Yugoslavia. A population of 4 million, most of whom are Catholics. Zagreb is the capital. Balanced between the Balkans and Central Europe, this country has been passed between rival kingdoms, empires and republics for thousands of years. If there is an advantage to this ongoing disruption, it is in the rich cultural legacy each has left behind. From Venetian palaces, Napoleonic fortresses, Slavic churches, Viennese mansions to socialist sculptures. But most attraction is the coastline with the remarkable clarity of the water and white pebbly beach. Despite being the fastest rising holiday destination in Europe in the past decade, Croatia still doesn't feel overrun by tourists. There are long sandy and winding beaches too, perfect for lazy days. Croatia is a beautiful country to discover many different landscapes. Cavtat is a town southeast of Dubrovnik. Set on a petite peninsula embraced by two harbors, the ancient town has a pretty waterfront promenade with restaurants. A place for more lingering around and enjoying the slow pace of life.
Cavtat is an exceedingly pretty town, near the tree-lined harbor is a palace and baroque St. Nicholas Church. It's known for its beaches, and the many ancient tomb monuments dotted around the area. It's a great place to base yourself in if you’re after all the sights and culture of Dubrovnik but don’t want the hustle and bustle. It is very easy to travel from Cavtat to Dubrovnik by bus or boat. Actually without Cavtat there would be no Dubrovnik, as it was refugees from the Roman incarnation who established the city in 614.

Cavtat is een stad ten zuidoosten van Dubrovnik. Gelegen op een klein schiereiland dat wordt omarmd door twee havens. De oude stad heeft een mooie promenade aan het water met restaurants. Het staat bekend om zijn stranden en de vele oude grafmonumenten verspreid over het gebied. Vlakbij de met bomen omzoomde haven is een paleis en een barokke St. Nicolaaskerk. Het is een geweldige plek om je te overnachten als je op zoek bent naar alle bezienswaardigheden en cultuur van Dubrovnik, maar geen zin hebt in de drukte. Het is heel gemakkelijk om per bus of boot van Cavtat naar Dubrovnik te reizen. Eigenlijk zou er zonder Cavtat geen Dubrovnik zijn, want het waren vluchtelingen uit de Romeinse incarnatie die de stad in 614 stichtten.
