The Rock of Cashel from the ruins of Hore Abbey. Cashel, County Tipperary, Ireland.
This 12th century fortress was the traditional seat of the kings of Munster for several hundred years. A tour of the rock is a must do on any trip to Ireland, as there is so much history here and so many photo opportunities. After touring the rock, be sure to take a walk down to Hore Abbey, just down the hill and across Camus road. The ruins there are also stunning and offer many views back up to the rock.
Looking forward to when we can raise a glass together again.
The last normal pint I was served across a bar in a pub was on this day in 2020.

My cousin in Pennsylvania had decorated her tree for Christmas and Valentine’s Day, now here it is, decorated for St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ She emailed this photo to me the day after St. Patrick’s Day, but I notice that she photographed it in late February. 💚☘️💚☘️🎄
I see that she has her cat tower next to the tree for her daughter’s cat. That must be why the cat doesn’t bother the tree, as she has her own tower for climbing! 😺🎄
Taken St Patrick’s Day 2021 on Powell Street in San Francisco. The little girl doesn’t seem interested in the latest styles. Shot with Olympus XA 2 and Tri-x 400 developed in XTOL 1+1 for 9 minutes at 20c.
from my favorite spot in NYC. I just wanted to shoot the cathedral and the huge statue in a frame. My superwide(7-8mm) pinhole camera is handy for these kind of restricted distance.

The blossoms look like dogwood but they are much smaller and have greenish petals.
