The Sergeant Samuel Stetson Homestead. This house is at the end of Stetson Shrine Lane, Norwell, MA. When this photo was taken the street was Elm Street. House built 1678. This house was also used as the first Methodist Meeting house in the neighborhood before the Methodist Church was constructed at the corner of River Street and Church Street in 1852.

Carriage house for the Stetson Estate, later owned by Robert Evans. The Stetson Cottage was rented by President William Howard Taft for the Summer White House in 1909 and 1910.

We spent the day driving our daughter to Music Camp at Stetson University in Deland, FL.

Built at the height of the 1920s property boom, the former Rolyat (Taylor in reverse) Hotel now serves as the campus of the Stetson University College of Law. The complex was built in a Spanish Revival style, with many tips of the architectural hat towards Seviila.
