Not the famous Glenfinnan viaduct i'm afraid, this wee one's on the shores of Loch Nan Uamh / Glen Mama, South Morar.
Capturing the train was a real bonus as i just went down to photograph the viaduct !
Mind you, i did hear it coming :)

It is incredible how much interest this Great Steam Locomotive can generate on her reappearance in her Wartime livery of matt black. The interaction between the many people present and the Locomotive drew my attention. Built in 1923 she will be 100 years old next year

The setting sun is dappled through the trees as Standard 2MT 78018 nears Chestwheel, with a short parcels train on the East Lancashire Railway...
Beide Maschinen auf ihrer Stammstrecke, die Uerikon-Bauma-Bahn. Während der Dampftriebwagen auf seinem Weg von Zürich nach Bauma in Bäretswil hält kam der Museumszug mit Lok 401, alias Bauma. Diese beiden Fahrzeuge zusammen in diesem schönen Umfeld bildeten eine sehr schöne Szenerie. Nachdem die" Bauma" wieder abgefahren ist ging es mit dem Dampftriebwagen weiter nach Bauma.
