You're A-1
I talked to an old friend, hopefully made new again... in a different way though. I know that doesn't make much sense. But I did have a big smile on my face when the chat was over. It's just good to have that feeling like you connected to someone. Perhaps I'm reading too much into it... but that's nothing new with me. I think too much... which brings me to this...
Adults put up so many walls and defenses to protect ourselves from other people. We make it almost impossible to befriend someone the older we get. Do you recall making friends with the kid on the playground within minutes? It's just so complicated nowadays... making sure you say the right thing, the right way; not be to forward... you get my point. So when you do make a new friend... it's a good day!
Went over my Mother-in-Law's on Sunday to do some outside yard work, visit, fly the drone and go out for dinner.
I got some of the grass and weeds trimmed around the backside of the house and workshop for her.
Got to visit with my Mother-in-Law, and our two friends: Mary & Lisa as well.
I managed to get a drone flight in after the yard work and before we headed out to dinner. Captured three brackets shots that I merged into HDRs and a number of shots that got stitched into a panorama. Also recorded a few video clips.
We went out to dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Oak Ridge, I got a Wedge salad, Sirloin & Grilled Chicken and a Loaded baked potato. We all brought leftovers home to eat.

Prime Choice Steak Sauce: Introducing the Choice Hors D’Oeuvre Meatball Yummies - O ugly meatballs, we feel your pain. You probably looked grim and gloopy to begin with, and then an unfeeling photographer came along and made you look even more dire. But, O ugly meatballs, we think you’re pretty on the inside.
This chimichurri sauce recipe is garlicky and it's perfect on your favourite grilled meats. Elevate your dish with this delicious sauce.
I love the rich, sweet-savoury blend of vinegars, port and Worcestershire in this sauce... forget steak, this would rock on potatoes, or a piece of cardboard for that matter! Adapted slightly from www.chatelaine.com/recipe/stovetop-cooking-method/brit-st...

Croix Valley Garlic and Herb Steak Sauce From Hudson Wisconsin
Once the food arrived I forgot all about taking pictures and just dug in. So you'll just have to imagine a whole lobster (over 2 lbs, melted butter) and steak for 4 (2 porterhouses) grilled medium. Accompaniments were hearts of palm salad, creamed spinach, and German fried potatoes (basically really good hash brown). Washed down with Guigal Chateauneuf du Pape 2005. All thanks to my uncle.
