This is a statue I came across in Orlando Florida, after I got done editing it , it was very apparent it represented a mother’s beauty to it, I got the tittle from that line of the song “Sliver” by Nirvana, when Kut Cobain sings “ I fell asleep and watched TV I woke up in my mother’s arms” 5/19/20
Artwork called “Dialogue” by Cezary Stulgis in Queen Street, Brisbane, sans the bike of course. And the woman photobombing in the rear.
Also along the Pont Alexandre III bridge you will find ornate lamp posts that adorn the parapets on either side

Another of my wife's and friends trips had a stopping point in Grooms, Texas. They visited the site where in 1995 a large religious cross was constructed for the world to see. It is the second larges in the Western Hemisphere.
The cross and it's bronze statues are visited by over 10 millions visitors annually and is free to the public. The exhibit is supported by gifts and donations.

One of several statues near the American Quarter Horse Association building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was one of the touring stops on a trip my wife took to that state.

Just when I thought I knew everything my wife comes home with picture from Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She and her friends were walking by and caught Humpty Dumpty sitting outside on this wall....I always thought he had fallen and they never got him put back together again, but with modern medicine...here he is. In the old days of taking people pictures my wife and I are in this picture. My son taught me that you can take a good photo without having people obscuring the background. Oh well, it is my Flickr site. At least enjoy the statue.
My wife's friend took this picture....I think on Parris Island, SC when they took a group bus trip to the Savannah, Georgia area. I liked it better in black and white, because it looks more dramatic to me.
Little Statue in my neighbors yard the we thought was cute. She demonstrates a shyness that most children do not have any more. I wanted to label this "'The Tease", but my wife didn't approve since the statue depicts a child..........I am sure she made the right decision.
