Static composition is fulfilled here because of the way the wood on the right encourages you too look forward. Some elements that make this image static is: shape the way the waves make lines with space in between each other, and overall orientation. In this picture i would say the point of interest is the humans at the end of the big board because of the strong influence it has on the photo.
