I might delete this. Just enjoying some cliched spit takes.
I've got a lot on my plate. Two photo sessions to edit & Cocoa Beach on Monday.

I found something so calming about this mountain. This tiny little lake nestled in the mountains was a campsite unlike any I’d ever had previously. I was really drawn to all of the subtle bits of snow clinging to the shaded portion of the mountain, creating a contrast that was almost reminiscent of static. Incredible place.

Puncak Pass, Cipanas, Indonesia in 1999.
About 2,5 hours drive from Jakarta.
In 12 days I'll be leaving Europe,
to settle down in my hometown, Jakarta.
At the moment, I'm caught
in a hectic preparation.
Name it paper-work,
sort things out, etc.
To all my contacts and friends,
I'm terribly sorry for being absent
in your photostream.
In the next few hours, I'll be your guest.
Take care and God Bless you all..

And boring and sad, and none to be given a hand
When a minute of suffering comes
Desires!.. what’s the use of desiring vainly without a stand?..
While the years slip by – the best ones!
To love… whom again?... for a while – it is worth no pains,
But to love for eternity no one could.
Shall you look in yourself? – of the past no vestige remains:
There all has been nothing, every joy, every wound…
What passions? – After all sooner or later their pleasant disease
Shall vanish, if you reason it out at rest
And life, if you look it all over with icy attention - it is
Such an empty and foolish jest…

The storm shakes out its sheets
against the darkening window:
the glass flinches under thrown hail.
Unhinged, the television slips its hold,
streams into black and white
then silence, as the lines go down.
Her postcards stir on the shelf, tip over;
the lights of Calais trip out one by one.
He cannot tell her
how the geese scull back at twilight,
how the lighthouse walks its beam
across the trenches of the sea.
He cannot tell her how the open night
swings like a door without her,
how he is the lock
and she is the key.

The sea water looks static and the clouds look dynamic. And both look very smooth. Taken in Garry Point Park, Richmond, BC, Canada. This is a re-processed image.
