I set out to photograph the sunset but saw this reflection instead and got both.

This one is fitted with the huge refuelling probe and a couple of Red Top missiles

Immensely cool Static Shock.

One shouldn't get hung up on accuracy. A costume doesn't need to be screen- or page-perfect, the cosplayer doesn't need to be the right facial type of body type or even the right gender or skin tone. All that matters is that the person picked a costume that they could have a lot of fun in.

That said, when see someone who made the perfect choice and executed it fantastically-well...whoosh!

a photo shoot ive been wanting to do for a long time and finally found a place to do it at

I don't know if it's because I'm getting lazy or if its just that its taken me this long to realise I have some very willing photo models at home to pull faces and goof about for me - but this weeks theme again sees me looking to my dear daughters for my shot. This time it's Megan very kindly frizzing her hair madly up with a balloon to generate some static electricity. She did a great job of it, got some pretty neat hair height and still managed to look good to boot!

I did try this myself but the end result was reminiscent of a (bad) stills photo from the making of the movie "The Ring". The movie itself was bad enough, but my photo was worse! Now I'm off to condition and de-tangle!
