X is the Australian rock band INXS's seventh studio album, released on 25 September 1990. The title, the Roman numeral for "10", represents the band's tenth year since their debut album was released in 1980.
In his 1990 review for Rolling Stone, music critic Paul Evans rated the album four stars out of five and called X the band's "best and most cohesive album". He added, "X is greater than the sum of its parts. It defines the band and clarifies the fullness of its appeal".
One of my all-time favorite bands. I had the pleasure of saw them live several times and their concerts in Mexico for the X-tour gave our country the opportunity of world-class concerts. I had the chance of meet the band before the '94 concert in Mexico, and it made me so sad the tragic loss of Michael Hutchcence.

Another from the outing with Muddy Boots UK a.k.a. Michael Dutson one very early Sunday morning.
Mike was busily doing long exposures whereas I was just messing. I’d created a project years ago called “Blurred Lines” of the Manchester trams using a zoom twist technique, which I’ve always liked doing. It’s a bit more organic than creating the look in Photoshop and not everyone’s cup of tea but what the hell… do what you like in photography.
I just like the lead-in of the pathway - always a bit hit and miss, but it worked well here. Did think of calling it “Windrush” but the title reflects my state of mind.

Picture yourself sitting at one end of the bench, gazing out at the serene and picturesque lake. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Think about what's concerning you the most right now, whether it's dragging you down, keeping you up at night, or affecting your confidence. Focus on a single issue, identify your thoughts and feelings, and determine actionable steps. Please consider the specifics of why, how and what comes after. Take another deep breath.
Imagine your closest friend joining you on the bench and sitting at the other end. Your friend gazes out at the lake, lets out a sigh, and confides that they're struggling with the same issue. They are describing the same situation you were thinking about while you were sitting alone. What advice would you give to a friend? How well do you listen and how kind are you?
Next time you feel overwhelmed, sit on the other end of the bench and offer yourself the same support you would give a friend.

We should strive to bolster and support those around us who are in need. Once they are strong enough though we remove the strings and let them grow and flourish knowing that they were given a sound foundation. If tied too long the support becomes a requirement and those cannot learn to weather the hard times. Whether it be trees or people, the results can be the same.
