Here is a picture of one of Valerie's(one of my customers) wall with both her new ribbon holder and her matching stamp pad holder that I made for her side by side.
I liked the original composition of this, so I decided to post the full sized image.

The good version of what I took the other day only with a different background.
Amazing what a real(er) camera can do. Even a cheap one. But the cell phone does make me appreciate better photos so much more (not that I don't appreciate being able to capture images on a phone I can take nearly everywhere... :D)
An odd assortment of items from around the world including North America, Korea, Japan, and Chinatown. :)
There is several different ink pens, a watch, a necklace with hair ties/bands/accessories and stick-on earrings, a pin, hair clips, rulers, and several keychains/swings of various styles.
Also a couple of the enamel puzzle lapel pins but lousy shot of them from just poor positioning (that's what I get for being hurried).
One of my faves of this batch is the Sailor Mercury Toothbrush. There was also a hair brush but not sure if it is still around. Perhaps in another box.

I took this of the shelf I have in my new craft room.
The towers of drawers contains my rubber stamps and stamp pads.
I took this of my desk in my craft room.
I used my old cassette holders to put all of my stamping ink pads in. It works perfect.
Found these on an inconspicuous old shelf at an antique store off the highway. It came with a box of teeny metal typeset letters and a wooden stamp. The ink is beyond dried as they are dated from August 23, 1892.
Huh huh huh huh... tampon. I guess "tampon" is "pad" in French.

Here is my recipe for making a 5 year garden journal. Each month of each year is side by side so I can see from year to year what I planted when. Days of the week don't matter, but I like to have dates so I number 1 through 31 (or 30 or 28/29) down the siide of each page except in March, April, May and August when I split the number between two pages because there is more going on during those planting months. In January and December there is almost nothing going on so I asign two years per page and split it down the middle. All the other months get one page per year. This allows me to fit 5 years on 40 pages (using both sides) with a couple of pages to spare. The 70lb paper was heavy enough not to bleed to the other side when I used rubber stamps to identify the months and years. The pages are unlined so I used binder paper as a template for marking the numbers down the side of the page. I write down what I planted next to the date planted and when I harvest. I also note other household projects that I make or install and also note when I'm out of town and where.
Anna, my maid of honor, is throwing me a lingerie party, woo-hoo! We will drink mimosas, play party games, eat finger sandwiches, and open gifts. Anna says if you want to send me a gift here is her address! Lol.
I already had the invitations, and we used a stamp i already had and the pad that i bought for other wedding stuff. The stickers i had too, and obviously i did the calligraphy :) I hope everyone comes, we only invited a few people, and i can't wait!! Woo-hoo!!
1935 Stampercraft kit with rubber stamps, ink pad and paper strips so kids could make up their own comics! There are 4 different Popeye poses, 2 Olive Oyl poses, one Wimpy stamp and one character called Toar who seems to be a variation on the Bluto / Brutus theme

Lots of fun here for me!
