Normally we don't go to "typical" German restaurants but that day in Cologne we decided to eat in a restaurant called Ständige Vertretung (Permanent Representation).
The food was very innovative - typical German or Cologne dishes presented in a new style.

Normalerweise gehen wir nicht in "typisch" deutsche Restaurants, aber an jenem Tag in Köln beschlossen wir, in einem Restaurant namens Ständige Vertretung zu essen.
Das Essen war sehr innovativ - typisch deutsche oder kölsche Gerichte in einem neuen Stil präsentiert.
Drinking with Pascal @ Ständige Vertretung Hamburg. It's the shelter for everyone from Cologne who's living in Hamburg, and one of the few places where you can drink original beer from Cologne. We had Bavarian beer, anyway.
And a hüüüge sweetie! One of Berlin's typically flambouyant waitresses in the famous waterfront watering hole called the Ständige Vertretung, or Staev for short.
