Had a black and white version of this but there is so much colour I couldn't pass this up. This was at a corner store in Madrid and the man was buying a pair of earrings for the woman next to him who was a prostitute. Cute
I'm enjoying drawing. It really helps me relax.
I don't have many photos to post because when I went out this past weekend I took my film camera, not my digital and I have to finish the roll of film and try to find someplace to develop it. Ah, the joys if film!!! Not.. :)
Happy Wednesday, all.
Sea stacks at sunset near Point of the Arches along the Olympic Coastline. I used a 30s exposure to smooth out the rough water.
Stack Rock Fort was constructed between 1850 and 1852 to protect the waterway. It was originally designed for two decks of artillery casements, but only the first floor was completed and used as a gun deck.
See notes on this photo to ID each of my three crabs.
I KNOW this is a bad photo--it was taken through my VERY scratched tank--but I could resist documenting this strange pyramid of hermit crabs.
This one is made from stack and stacks of leaves.
Oak, Maple, Dogwood, Sumac, 1 torn up marigold and 1 impatient flower.

Bosco was out for a morning run at the conservation area but Martin took a few minutes to stack Bosco. He had Bosco hold the stack for a minute and then released him to enjoy his run. Stacking Bosco in a variety of locations helps with Bosco's comfort level and helps us to fit in stacking practice during our busy day. Bosco's handler side rear leg should be pulled forward (towards his ummmm.... willie) just a tad. It's hard to tell in the wheat.
Bosco has a bit more muscle definition in his hind end since we've been running him up and down a steep hill to fetch his tug several evenings per week.

Same as previous shot but processed marginally differently and cropped much tighter. Just deciding which I prefer. I like the first shot overall as a pano but it loses something on the small screen. I think the tighter crop displays better on a PC.
