Plenty of stone stacking here on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, looking South along the eastern shoreline. It felt very inspiring!

I was wondering where I'd get a stack that wasn't a pile of books, then the house renovations started again and I found the 1st floor was being held up by a few broken bricks and a bit of old window frame.

In picture-perfect sunlight, this westbound stack train races around the curve at MP 300 in Torrance, PA.
Screenshot from an interactive applet that visualises around 27000 series from the collection of the National Archives of Australia. The graph is a kind of stacked histogram; each series is represented as a horizontal line correpsonding to its date span. Series are sorted according to span, then stacked into a pile. Colour is also derived from year span - blue=long, red=short. The interactive simply highlights series whose span includes any given year. Blogged here.
My first natural light stack.
15ish images stacked (I used WAY to small of steps) taken in the early morning of this predatory fly. While setting up the camera it grabbed a fly right out of the air and began devouring it. its carcass can be seen in the image. Before I could continue on it jumped up and grabbed a fruit fly ruining the stack. It moved quite a bit as well but zerene made the image possible.
One of the newer trains on the sub, Q117 brings it's mostly single-stacked containers north through Oshkosh.

Adam got into the lazy susan, found a stash of tuna cans, and started stacking them like building blocks. When he was done he started to clean up after himself, but got distracted before he'd put them all away.
All Time Favorite: I love that I took like 10 photos of Adam and he didn't even look at me. He was just that engrossed with the tuna cans. I love that when I took these photos I was thinking like a filmmaker, not a photographer. I love the light and the shadows.

So I FINALLY went to the doctor today.
I have mono, thanks to my best friend/model for my Change picture, Shannon Hagan.
I also got my knee x-rayed. I don't get the results of that until tomorrow or the day after. If nothing shows up on the x-ray, I get to have an MRI done. Exciting, right? Not. I hate waiting in doctor's offices. I'm not that patient of a person.
Anyways. I actually shot another picture tonight, a self portrait, but I can't decide which one to use right now, so I'll leave you all with this for tonight and you'll be able to see my new piece tomorrow.
I'll be around though. I may go comment some pictures, since I never do that.
