Here’s my second card for Simon Says Stamp’s 100th flicker challenge . I used Summer flowers, and the SSS stitched ovals, The coloring is Tombow Markers, I’m having so much fun with all the SSS florals 💕
Got the Beautiful Flowers set recently and used it to do some paper piecing/fussy cutting. I'm adding this to the current SSS flickr challenge of anything goes. I stamped the full floral image on some patterned paper from the Prima Zella Teal collection with VersaFine CLAIR ink in Morning Mist and then trimmed it out. I stamped the three separate flower images from the set on a coordinating pattern from the same collection and trimmed them out. A third piece was trimmed to fit a card front and adhered. I adhered the flowers to the floral image with the center one popped up with foam tape. The piece was then placed on the card front so that I could figure out where to stamp the sentiment and then stamped the sentiment with the Morning Mist ink. Finally I adhered the floral piece to the card front with foam tape and then added some sequins.
Adding this to the SSS Wednesday challenge of anything goes, too.

It has been a rather gloomy weekend here, so it's been perfect crafting weather. And what better inspiration the the 100th SSS Flickr Challenge where Anything Goes? I had picked up some new SSS goodies during a recent sale, so I have lots of NUBUS to keep me inspired. This is the SSS Bold Flowers stamp set. It's perfect for building flower clusters because it has a great mix of flowers and foliage. I went to my Pinterest "color combo" board and ended up using a combo featured in a Color Coordinates feature by Shari Carroll from a while ago. I think it is bright and cheerful, so I'm linking to the SSS Wednesday challenge. I finished it with the simple SSS hello die and then topped it with a spattering of clear jewels from Lucy's Little Things.
I am obsessed with pink at the moment, it makes me think of Summer. Made this card for the SSS Flickr challenge using the SSS Cosmos Background stamp and also leaf die and sentiment. Blogged here
Made for the SSSFlickrChallenge#100 and #SSSWednesdayChallenge with SSS Emma Background and blogged: sewpaperpaint.blogspot.com/2018/07/sss-emma-background-st...

I used Simon Says Stamp Stacked Hearts die (only the hearts) and Stacking Animals stamp & die (the bird).
Happy 100th Challenge to the SSSFlickrChallenge. I always forget about Perfect Pearls... and then Jennifer McGuire does a video and I go crazy for a little while with it :) I used SSS Spring Flowers to stamp in Versamark on the navy paper, and then brushed on some Perfect Pearls. I stamped a couple of the floral images on vellum and embossed with Silver EP. I finished it off with a simple sentiment from SSS Beautiful Day stamp set.
The SSS Monday Challenge is "Red, White and/or Blue." This isn't particularly patriotic, but it does have Blue and White, so I'm linking there. The SSS Wednesday Challenge is Anything Goes, so I'm also linking there.
I really love the SSS Bright Blossoms die & had such fun using it for the Faux Stained Glass technique. The blue lines are done with a flower stem from SSS Warm Wishes & the sentiment is from the same set. I'll send this to a French friend for Bastille Day. More details on My Blog My second entry for SSS Flickr Challenge 100. Thanks for looking!
I made this card with Simon Says Stamp's Stacking Animals stamps and dies. Love this set!
