Watercolored the Delicate Flowers stamp set from @simonsaysstamp. Added details with color pencils, a tip I've learned from the amazing @kathyrac 😘 And yes, the tips were sharp 😂

A second card using the mini slimline lattice die from SSS and flower dies from spellbinders.

Another card with that fun resist technique I learned from Jennifer McGuire. My card was made with flower stamps from a couple of Hero Arts sets inked with Versamark and stamped on matte coat paper. Then I used Distress inks to make an ombre of red to orange. I am entering it in the Simon Says Stamp "Totally Resistable" challenge linked here, and the LOVE!-Handmade Cards September Challenge found here.

Stamps by Local King Rubber Stamps and Simon Says (sentiment)

more on my blog: fun-stamping.blogspot.com/2016/04/two-birthday-cards.html

STAMPtember is here and I got to create with the gorgeous Nature Mandala by Stephanie Low! For these two cards I used heat embossing. For the kraft card I simply stamped the image in VersaMark, applied some embossing powder in Enchanted Gold by Ranger and then heated. The panel was trimmed down on one side and adhered to a card base along with a strip of gold glitter cardstock. The sentiment is from the SSS Mom Flowers set. The top card uses the emboss/resist technique and distress oxide inks in Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade. The sentiment is from the Take Heart set combined with the layered heart die set.

Made an edge to edge shaker card from some leftover flowers and an embossed panel. I used the blossom field embossing folder and the happy birthday die - both from #simonsaysstamp along with some die cut flowers from #spellbinders

I made this card using the gorgeous Stephanie Low Creative for Simon Says Stamp Nature Mandala and the I Adore You die from the SSS Fresh Bloom release. I used the emboss/resist technique with one of Kristina Werner's distress oxide ink blends. The inspiration for the card came from the super talented Debby Hughes. I haven't been on Flickr for months! Things have changed I see.

Here I've used all products from Simon Says Stamp 😊

Transferred the original inked up and heat embossed piece with water and my die cutting machine.

Matched it with the Shimmer Wreath die and the words "Get Well Soon".

The rainbow mirror cardstock is just beautiful.

So I have some felt in my stash, but I've never really thought to use it on a card! The SSS Monday Challenge this week is simply to use felt. I pulled out this old Lawn Fawn set of dies and cut out some felt clouds and rain. I uswed the great sentiment and zig zag die cut from the SSS Bring the Sunshine set. And over at the SSSFlickrChallenge#45 - Anything goes! Going to have to pull out some of my other SSS lines and get crafting this weekend!

I normally don't think of myself as a "Mixed Media" person. I'm usually more of a CAS-style person - fewer layers, and definitely minimal messy products. But as a I was reading the definition over at Happy Little Stampers current Mixed Media Challenge (www.happylittlestampers.com/search/label/Mixed%20Media%20...) I guess this actually qualifies. I've got Ink+Paper plus felt and Stickles for dimension and texture. It's hard to see, but the rain drops have a little coat of the icicles stickles for a little shine.

SSS Products use: Bring the Sunshine stamps and Dies, Fog Cardstock.

Made with watercolor pencils on a printed card from SSS, designed by Suzy Plamentura. Love die is from Altenew.

Trying to get my mojo working after a trip away. Made these two Christmas cards using dies from Simon Says and Hero Arts

A card for the current challenge using my new Crystal Distortion embossing folder and the L'ill gnome die from Simon Says. Blogged here

I wanted to join in again on the Spots and Dots Challenge in Simon Says Stamp Flickr Group www.flickr.com/groups/simonsaysstamp/discuss/721576497929... and made this gift bag with Simon Says Stamp's Bundle of Stitched Shapes die set and Birthday Farm Animals stamp set. To make the bag I used the Goodie Bag die from Lawn Fawn. It's a brilliant die for making quick and easy gift bags in no time - love it!

More details are on my blog stampingandstitching.blogspot.ie/2015/01/dotty-gift-bag.html

The moment I saw this "singing in the rain" chick from the @simonsaysstamp March 2018 kit I wanted to color it, and I finally found the time. I masked off a roughly circular area, then stamped a plaid background using a Kaleidacolor ink pad. I stamped the chick on the masked off area and colored it with Copics, then embossed a dot pattern circle die around it. Rainy weather is part of spring in the southeastern US so this card fits the theme for both Simon's Wednesday and Flickr challenges.

This is a card I made for Simon Says Stamp's Flickr Challenge #17 www.flickr.com/groups/simonsaysstamp/discuss/721576516018... I went a bit bold with shades of the challenge colours so lol hopefully it won't hurt your eyes!

I used the funny cow from Simon Says Stamp's Birthday Farm Animals set and a die from WPlus9's Quilt Cuts 2 set. More details are on my blog stampingandstitching.blogspot.ie/2015/04/moo-tiful-birthd...

A card for the current Anything Goes challenge using an embossing folder and die from Simon Says . Blogged here

a quick little card that I made for the current SSS flickr challenge to create a spring themed card. since there is always a lot of rain in the spring I thought using the little cloud and umbrella images from the SSS happy days stamp set would be perfect. the little raindrops were filled in with nuvo crystal drops in morning dew. I think I will also add this to the current SSS Wednesday challenge of anything goes.

This is another new-to-me stamp set by Simon - Brushstroke Messages. It makes the artistic-y look so quick and easy to achieve. I stamped the brushstrokes in SSS Smoke, SSS Catkin, HA Tide Pool, SSS Audrey Blue and SSS Hot Mama. I finished it off with a sentiment and a few hearts from the set. I made this for the SSSFlickrChallenge#95 - Anything Goes. I'll also entering it at the SSS MOnday Challenge - "Let's Doodle." Another fabulously designed stamp set that let's me fake artistic ability :)

Today I am playing along in the Anything Goes Challenge over at Simon Says Stamp.

Okay, this is the explanation for this craziness - my grandparents had a pink aluminum tree that they used every Christmas when I was a kid. It was glittery and sparkly and I remember it very fondly. I coated the die cut in tree in clear Wink of Stella to give it that sparkle I remember before I inlaid it in the panel.

Hello, friends! I'm happy to be here to share a card I made for the current Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge #6 with the theme of using die cutting. I just got this stamp and die set and couldn't wait to play along! Thanks for peeking!

That bikini die from the #simonsaysstamp July kit is just adorable. And that sentiment!😂 Seriously, I wish I had half the wit of whoever comes up with these plays on words. I cut out the die from patterned paper from the kit. The backgrounds were created using Distress inks and #mftstamps stencils (the cloud stencil is particularly fun to use). Also entering this card in #sssmchallenge and #sssflickrchallenge. Hello, summer!

For the SSSflickrchallenge#91

Used the SSS Cosmos flower background stamp embossed in white and colored with Zig markers.

Another variant of the same card. It's just so easy to make these pretty water coloured backgrounds.

I used the hey beautiful stamp set and the love die, both from SSS. Entering into the current Flickr challenge, in the pink challenge and PCM challenges

Made this card for the SSS Flickr Group challenge. The background stamp is the SSS Kaleidoscope Background. created the flowers for more texture. Blogged here

Made this slimline edge to edge shaker card using the cosmo stencil from SSS.

I also used the loved, hugs and thanks die set for the sentiment.

First time to use my new die Birthday Wishes Circle from Simon Says Stamp. The plaid was made using the SSS Jumbo Stripes stamp set. The bluish stripe was stamped with Hero Arts Soft Stone, I think the pad is designed to give it a mottled look. I am entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Flickr challenge Fresh and New and in this month's LOVE! - Handmade cards January challenge.

Products I used:

SSS Jumbo Stripes stamp set

SSS birthday Wishes Circle die
