I was inspired to make this card after watching the Simon Says Stamp YT video where Shari Carrol makes a beautiful watercolour card using the SSS Ornate Background stamp. So I got out the same stamp plus the SSS Painted Hugs die & some watercolours. I accented with some sparkly Studio Katia crystals & some die cut hearts I cut out of the watercoloured piece.

I’m entering this into the SSS “Let’s Color” challenge.

Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge What's New - I used a brand new stamp and it's a sweet baby bird. Simon Says Stamp Stencil, Falling Snow (zoom in to see it) and SSS Clear Reflections Sequins were used.

Don't have a laminator, sticky embossing powder and a run through a die cutting machine works too!

I made this for a friend who is having a stressful work life, I delivered it with a box of donuts! The card actually matched the box, without even trying! The SSS Monday Challenge is 1 step many ways. I used 2 different techniques for the flower stamp (tone on tone, and paper piecing), so I'm entering this card over there. The SSS Wed Challenge is "Anything Goes," so I"m also entering over there. Simon Says Stamp trifecta!

I needed a quick and easy card so I blended Distress Inks, diagonally and in rainbow order, on some card stock, and then sprayed it with pearlized water. It's so shimmery in real life, but again, I couldn't capture it in the photo. I used Simon Says Stamp's Mosaic Heart Die to layer on top, allowing some of the colors to peek out in the cutouts and around the edges. 😳 A quick sentiment from Clarity Stamp and I was done. Another card in under 30 minutes! This is an entry for the SSSFlickrChallenge#50

The dies cut I used is the SSS A2 Card Curved Edge, I simply love this thin die. This card is for the SSSFlickrchallenge#6.

Made another card using the colour wheel for the ongoing SSSflickrchallenge#27

I masked and distressed the top of the card and made the front using a quilled flowers and vase. The sentiment is made from layering die cuts from the "thanks" die from Simon Says Stamp.

Used #newtonsnook Newton's Christmas Cuddles and Newton's Curios Christmas stamp sets; #SSSFAVE Believe and Stitched Rectangles dies.

For my third card using the #simonsaysstamp June 2017 kit, I decided to take it in a slightly different direction and color the loose flower stamps in summer colors using Prismacolor pencils on kraft cardstock. The word dies are also from #sss, cut from Orange Peel and Sunshine Yellow. The card base is Audrey Blue. #sssck, #simonsaysstamp, #handmadecards, #cardmaking, #prismacolor.

So embossing and glitter seem to be 2 of the hardest things to capture in a photo. I decided to try using a stencil to emboss since the theme for SSSFlickrChallenge#21 is embossing this week. Great way to stretch your stencils. The coloring isn't quite what I envisioned, but hey, it's happy and colorful, I suppose. Used assorted Copics to fill in the debossed bubbles (Stuio Calico Stencil). There's a layer of sparkle from a Wink of Stella pen over the colored spots that you really can't see. Also entering this into the SSS Wednesday Challenge (Friends and Super Heroes).

Smoke Card stock (my absolute new favorite neutral color), and Flowers on My Mind.

Large Hello Die from Simon Says, background Dylusion sprays. The die cut has been covered with VersaMark and embossed with iridescent powder. Submitted for SSSflickrchallenge#21 - embossing challenge.

Feel like it's ages ago since I watercolored so felt like today was the day 😄

I used Look for the Rainbow stamp set from @simonsaysstamp and colored it with my watercolor brush pens from @artezaofficial.

In the background you can barely see clouds and there I used Clouds stencil from @newtonsnook.

I also added tiny bits with pencils but I was afraid it would show too much so I just left it.
