Two cops walked some kid out of the hospital emergency entrance in handcuffs and legcuffs, put him in the back of a ssquad car that had been waiting out fron with officers sitting in the driver and passenger side, then the cops who put the kid in the back got in the back seat with him. The cop in the middle seat unfolded and began to read the newspaper as they drove off.
