In April 2024, in Leshan, Sichuan, SS3-5151 "Communist Youth League" locomotive pulled train 5620 on the Chengdu-Kunming Railway and was about to enter Shawan Station.
On July 27, 2024, in Ganluo County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the SS4 and SS3 heavy haul freight trains departed from the Niri No.2 Shed Tunnel on the Chengdu-Kunming Railway, with the Pubugou Hydropower Station behind it releasing floodwaters

Fill this new layer with a colour. I used the colour picker & chose a grey colour to match in with the cement. (ss3).
The select the paint bucket tool & fill your layer with this colour.
