Öndverðarnes lighthouse on the Snaefellsnes peninsula in Iceland. This colourful and squat lighthouse sits on the edge of black rock cliffs where birds wheel and tumble in the wind. Reached by a rough narrow track cut through the vast craggy lava fields, it's a windy, desolate and beautiful place.

A pair of green parakeet, nesting in a hole pecked out by a woodpecker. The hole went all the way through the power pole, and the parakeet would fly into one side and then peak out the other side. The woodpecker had another hole for nesting just below this one, and was in and out feeding it's young. Venice, Florida.

I've been taking a lot of headshots for my actress friends, too many, haven't been taking any photographs that I want to take, that I feel proud of, that I think represent me. felt like I had to take a bath sort of to wash away all the pretty light, photoshopped skin and get back to being me. walked around late at night in my neighborhood. Not a series f great photos but sort of stepping back from the other thing.
