sitting on a bench

one dressed as a pirate

the other in their underpants

handing over power

is never an easy thing

but tomorrow in the Highlands

they'll stand before the Queen

wonder how that journey goes

wondering what they'll say

Boris with his hair askew

Liz with Cheshire grin, and they

hesitate to talk about

the elephant in the room

the crisis of the cost of living

they'll need a hefty broom

to sweep the heap beneath the carpet

with all their might they'll try

but Liz apparently up her sleeve

has a 'bold plan' by and by

the energy crisis is paramount

on her, as yet, unknown agenda

what will Boris do now, I think

host a party; go on a bender

I'll sit back and watch the antics

of this latest political circus

perhaps dear Liz's bag of tricks

will materialise and surprise us

Heaven knows come Winter

how will we keep warmer

I'm banking on a general election

long live Sir Keir Starmer.

SpongeBob SquarePants is an energetic and optimistic yellow sea sponge who lives in a submerged pineapple. SpongeBob has a childlike enthusiasm for life, which carries over to his job as a fry cook at a fast food restaurant called the Krusty Krab.

For whatever reason, when I saw this it reminded me of a line from a song by the almost one-hit-wonder Cassidy . (Click the link to hear it. While not a great song, I do have good memories associated with it.) Anyway, should I hear it in the future, I will think of this Spongebob Squarepants getting waterboarded.

May you all be filled with a SpongeBob SquarePants kind of joyfulness as the holiday season approaches.

We were driving around this neighborhood when I saw the gates to this house. I knew I wanted to get a quick shot here as I absolutely loved the rustic 'feel' that this house was exuding. I also wanted to edit this picture to give it more drama. Unfortunately, the sky is blown out, but I'm quite happy overall with the shot and edit. Do let me know what you think?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to upload any more pictures from this shoot, as I'm selling the article to a magazine. Will have to wait for it to get published early March before I can upload any more pictures from this set. In other (better) news: lined up next are a BMW X5, Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Vantage, and a Ferrari 430; due between Feb - April 2012. I'm super excited!
