Though you wouldn't have known that yesterday, it poured with rain.
Loved it !
More rain today as well.

Have a fantastic week
at a local park (and everywhere else for that matter). This crabapple tree was taken to Topaz Studio where I added an impressionism filter for Sliders Sunday. I hope you enjoy! HSS!
Thank you for stopping by and for leaving me a comment! Have a wonderful day!
I was loving seeing all of the trees and plants budding out while walking in the pasture. It just reminds me that we always have something to look forward to, even though we may not always take the time to see it. I even like the spider webs. It gives it an un-staged look.
This is the field section as Roozengaarde. Although Roozengaarde is mostly gardens, this year their fields were quite amazing as well. The blue-gray Cascade mountains in the background, and the cloud cover gave it a marvelous backdrop. Hope you enjoy!

Good Friday morning everyone, and one again wishing all a great and safe day and weekend.
As we can see here in our Florida wetlands Spring has Sprung and love is in the air, and of course once again I over shot this series with many many images.
Thanks to all for everything.
I don’t often get to see emus in the wild, we followed this one for a while through the dense ferns. Love the look it gave us!!

Small flower buds are beginning to blossom in this summer/fall season. I was in love with how plentiful they were in comparison to the barren background in which they were surrounded. Seeing something thrive in the midst of a wasteland makes one want to keep pushing towards finding beauty everywhere.

Happy 1st Day of Spring!
Been a good hard snowy winter here. I enjoy the 4 seasons in Spokane, each with it 's own blessings and beauty. But Spring and Autumn are most special to me. Happy to enjoy earth's rebirth, returning birds and frolicking wildlife.

A strange day yesterday, up at 4 to take my wonderful Italian girlfriend Maura Astesano back to Bristol Airport, followed by a drive back to Bridgend full of dark foreboding clouds and rainbows. As it was still early and we'd had a big tide last week I popped down to Porthcawl to finally meet up with a crashing wave lighthouse rendezvous which I'd managed to put off for years. I actually quite enjoyed it as there were only about six other photographers, and they all left before the light appeared. Later after breakfast a quick look for adders, with seven individuals including two new females, and a. dartford warbler singing nearby. A great morning, Spring Has Sprung is by British Sea Power.

So lovely to experience a sunny day for a change. The crocuses really opened up in the sunshine.
