the grasshopper warbler springwatch webcam inspired me to draw this! watching the webcam, it was such a picture-perfect scene, I couldn't help myself!

 

thank you to springwatch for putting forth the effort to keep the webcams up ! I learn a lot from them and they are fun to watch.

A Queen Bumble Bee has made her nest under a pile of wood in our garden. Rather than tunnel slightly deeper into the soil to get under the wood, the bees have chewed part of the wood itself.
