spearheaded and upright at first, it is as if an imaginary dance teacher gets all the ladies (the little flower buds) to point their toes downwards!!
on the above branch is a mated couple of jays and they are scolding the third one on the lower branch... this is the same old maple tree which was damaged last year by a storm... we have a total of 9 blue jays and they are quite noisy some time....

Spring Fever? Emile decided to snooze through the wonderful, Spring-like weather that we've been having.
It's been a long time since I walked at the lake. Yesterday, it was 51 degrees and gorgeous, and I had a touch of spring fever.
