As well as outstanding martial arts classes that teach children how to be move smoothly, have better balance, be more co-ordinated, acquire self self discipline, respect themselves and others... the kids also have a great time, learn a lot and make a lot of new friends.

It's bonfire night tomorrow up at the castle (yes, I know it was officially on Thursday) and I'm spending it with my father and his lady's nephew who is annoyingly cute! Should be fun!

My most terrifying realization this Halloween: I'm an adult now.
I'm sure of it because of the following:
I've become a weather-chatter by default. That is, I'm inclined to say, "How 'bout this weather we've been having lately, eh?" when all else fails.
I use a planner. Even worse, I seem to have developed an allegiance to effective time management.
"When I was her age..." and "I remember when..." seem to flow more freely from my lips.
Someone gave me a Happy Halloween pencil today and my first thought was, "I don't have a pencil sharpener."
