Videogame cover band créé en 2011 dans la région clermontoise par des membres de Pryapisme et de Please Lose Battle, Speedrunning The Apocalypse propose une performance musicale et vidéo-ludique. Un joueur de haut niveau tente de finir un jeu vidéo, encouragé par le public et accompagné par quatre musiciens qui réarrangent et synchronisent la musique de l'époque avec fidélité et grosse énergie.
Les jeux choisis sur Nintendo NES - Castlevania, Megaman II, Contra - sont facilement compréhensibles pour les néophytes et d'une difficulté plutôt corsée ! Ils sont aussi réputés pour leur bande-son, malgré les limitations techniques de l'époque. Notre arme secrète : Asharfh, un des meilleurs joueurs européens de Megaman II!

The pilot of Gautam Singhania's helicopter takes a bio-break, and falls prey to the merciless eye of the camera! A car-load of excited kids seemed to enjoy seeing the helicopter more than the cars and bikes at the race.
Built for SHIPtember 2024, as a direct counterpart to my 2022 SHIP, Entropy. Both of these were done in a single speedrun build session, roughly in the same amount of time, on the last Friday of September. For Syntropy, I wanted to make a complete inversion or opposite of Entropy.
The model is 108 studs long.

Recently watched the A Hat in Time speedrun race from SGDQ this year and I instantly fell in love with it. Started on this fig yesterday and finally finished it and have to say I'm quite happy. Her hat and clothes are purple but my phone captured it as a shade of blue for some reason.
Gonna keep this one short, comments and faves are appreciated, hope you guys like it! Also recently started on a T-51 sculpt and hopefully will have it done soon.

So this was the product of my first time streaming my PMG build process on the Discord. It was a lot of fun!
There was a sort of manic frantic energy to it I wasn't expecting, something about knowing people were watching made me work in overdrive. Definitely did this more speedrun than is normal for me.
I went into it without having any idea what I wanted to build, which may have added to it, but it was kinda fun honestly. Trying to build the best thing I could as quickly as possible.
I'll probably do it again sometime.
First build of 2013! I do have another project in the works that would've been uploaded earlier, but I'm waiting on a BL order so expect a new creation this week. Pretty happy with how this turned out, also glad it didn't require a BL order. (Black hot dog probably would've been better though)
Also all of the photos have spongebob at this angle, because the blue around his left eye was cut a little sloppily, and I didn't want to recut the blue tube piece.

First concept was going to take too long to finish, so I started this brick on monday (for more backstory see the LEGO Space discord). Almost a perfect rectangle for simplifying the build; I want this done before October starts.

It has been reported that something changed about the traffic signal timing on Masonic Avenue in late 2010 that was supposed to slow down traffic exceeding the speed limit. But elsewhere it was reported that the light timing still allowed drivers to go considerably over the speed limit without hitting red lights. Who can you believe?
After plotting the speed data I have, I still don't know who to believe. It looks like something might have changed to slow things down just north of Fell for a few days, and then it went back to how it was before; and then later on it looks like vehicles are actually going faster north of Fell than they were before. Or is it all just noise and sampling error?

Fun Fact: This guy is commonly mistaken as Specimen 12, but in reality, he’s just the host. The actual Specimen 12 is the mansion he resides in.
Speaking of Specimen 12, it honestly kind of loses its charm after the first time you go through it. Especially in Endless mode, where you have to play alllll the story sequences over and over again before you can even progress. It got to the point where I had the entire mansion layout memorized and would just try to speedrun it as fast as I could lol
I kind of hope the developers fix that at some point, but oh well.
This custom isn’t really anything too special, really basic. Mostly made him for collection purposes so I could say that I made him. Unfortunately, I wasn’t quite able to recreate the eerie feeling the in-game version had, but I tried.
Just days after shooting the NS OCS returning north from the Masters, ACWR was the next railroad to throw me a bone. After trailing on the inbound grain run, NS 1068 was flipped and assigned to the point of train 800 with the now empty train bound for Charlotte, NC and home rails.
Seeing Class 1 power on a shortline was definitely a treat, especially with another new heritage unit to me leading.
After shooting this, I thought things couldn't get much better. But the very next day, we would make this heritage speedrun a trifecta.

Hitman: Codename 47 is a stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive exclusively for Microsoft Windows. It is the first installment in the Hitman video game series.
The story centers on Agent 47, a genetically enhanced human clone branded with a barcode tattooed on the back of his head, who is rigorously trained in methods of murder. Upon escaping from a test facility, 47 is hired by the Agency, a European contract killing organization. His mission takes him to several locations in Asia and Europe to assassinate wealthy and decadent criminals.
In the basement of a remote sanatorium, a bald man, referred to as "Subject 47", is awakened by an unidentified man over a loudspeaker. Following the man's instructions, the Subject completes an obstacle course, undergoes firearms training, and practices various assassination techniques. He then ambushes and kills a guard, using his uniform to escape. The man watches him through the CCTV surveillance, with a satisfied laugh.
A year later, the Subject resurfaces as a hitman for the International Contract Agency (ICA), under the designation "Agent 47". He is briefed by his handler, Diana Burnwood, who sends him to Hong Kong to kill triad leader Lee Hong. He kills Hong's negotiator during a peace summit with a rival gang, frames him for a retaliatory car bombing, and assassinates the police chief protecting him, stripping Hong of his allies. He then infiltrates Hong's restaurant and assassinates him. For his next assignment, 47 travels to Colombia and kills cocaine trafficker Pablo Belisario Ochoa in a staged drug raid. His third target is Austrian mercenary Franz Fuchs, who has been hired to detonate a dirty bomb at an international conference in Budapest. 47 kills him at a hotel and recovers the bomb. His final contract takes him to Rotterdam, where he finds gunrunner Arkadij "Boris" Jegorov trying to sell weapons, including a nuclear warhead, to an extremist group. After confirming Jegorov's death, 47 finds a letter addressed to him, similar to the other three targets. He learns from Diana that all four were once part of a French Foreign Legion unit serving in Vietnam, and that they've been discussing something involving an "experimental human". The letters also mention a fifth man, Professor Ort-Meyer.
Diana then informs him that all four contracts were ordered by the same man in violation of Agency rules, and that her superiors have authorized an additional mission. 47 is to kill Odon Kovacs, a doctor at a sanatorium in Satu Mare, Romania, which turns out to be the one from which 47 escaped. Ort-Meyer is revealed to be the client, as well as the man who oversaw 47's orientation. Romanian special forces raid the building while 47 kills Kovacs, who he recognizes as Ort-Meyer's assistant.
47 then learns the truth behind his existence. He is the result of a cloning experiment which combined the genetic material of each of his four previous targets, as well as Ort-Meyer, with the goal of creating a flawless human being. Ort-Meyer orchestrated 47's escape from the asylum in order to test his performance in the outside world and ordered his associates' deaths because they wanted to use 47 for their own purposes.
With the help of CIA Agent Carlton Smith, who he rescued earlier during his time in Hong Kong, 47 discovers a sophisticated lab beneath the hospital. In response, Ort-Meyer reveals "Subject 48", a perfect replica of 47 who is both mindless and loyal. A squad of 48's are sent to hunt down 47, who manages to kill them using his superior training and experience.

A year later, the Subject resurfaces as a hitman for the International Contract Agency (ICA), under the designation "Agent 47". He is briefed by his handler, Diana Burnwood, who sends him to Hong Kong to kill triad leader Lee Hong. He kills Hong's negotiator during a peace summit with a rival gang, frames him for a retaliatory car bombing, and assassinates the police chief protecting him, stripping Hong of his allies. He then infiltrates Hong's restaurant and assassinates him. For his next assignment, 47 travels to Colombia and kills cocaine trafficker Pablo Belisario Ochoa in a staged drug raid. His third target is Austrian mercenary Franz Fuchs, who has been hired to detonate a dirty bomb at an international conference in Budapest. 47 kills him at a hotel and recovers the bomb. His final contract takes him to Rotterdam, where he finds gunrunner Arkadij "Boris" Jegorov trying to sell weapons, including a nuclear warhead, to an extremist group. After confirming Jegorov's death, 47 finds a letter addressed to him, similar to the other three targets. He learns from Diana that all four were once part of a French Foreign Legion unit serving in Vietnam, and that they've been discussing something involving an "experimental human". The letters also mention a fifth man, Professor Ort-Meyer.
Diana then informs him that all four contracts were ordered by the same man in violation of Agency rules, and that her superiors have authorized an additional mission. 47 is to kill Odon Kovacs, a doctor at a sanatorium in Satu Mare, Romania, which turns out to be the one from which 47 escaped. Ort-Meyer is revealed to be the client, as well as the man who oversaw 47's orientation. Romanian special forces raid the building while 47 kills Kovacs, who he recognizes as Ort-Meyer's assistant.
47 then learns the truth behind his existence. He is the result of a cloning experiment which combined the genetic material of each of his four previous targets, as well as Ort-Meyer, with the goal of creating a flawless human being. Ort-Meyer orchestrated 47's escape from the asylum in order to test his performance in the outside world and ordered his associates' deaths because they wanted to use 47 for their own purposes.
With the help of CIA Agent Carlton Smith, who he rescued earlier during his time in Hong Kong, 47 discovers a sophisticated lab beneath the hospital. In response, Ort-Meyer reveals "Subject 48", a perfect replica of 47 who is both mindless and loyal. A squad of 48's are sent to hunt down 47, who manages to kill them using his superior training and experience.

Hitman: Codename 47 is a stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive exclusively for Microsoft Windows. It is the first installment in the Hitman video game series.
The story centers on Agent 47, a genetically enhanced human clone branded with a barcode tattooed on the back of his head, who is rigorously trained in methods of murder. Upon escaping from a test facility, 47 is hired by the Agency, a European contract killing organization. His mission takes him to several locations in Asia and Europe to assassinate wealthy and decadent criminals.
