From afar, the North & South Window Arches

My new glasses. When my nephew saw them the first thing he said was that they were 'proper geek glasses'........I prefer 'stylish and fashionable' obviously!!

Sadly, these days I can only take my dog for a "Walk" is by using a mobility scooter.

Lately the weather has taken a turn for the worse and really, in expending no energy by walking, I find it even colder so wrap up warm.

The only thing is, if I wear the balaclava correctly, my breath steams up my glasses and I can't see where I am going. Hence my nose is uncovered and gets very cold, which is why it is red in this image, just like Rudolph.

After a couple of weeks of unbearably hot and humid weather in Ontario, this morning was very nice for bike-riding. It felt good to get back on Kingston's K&P recreational trail. On my way home, I came across a cyclist who had crashed in the street. I've been there and done that. He was pretty beat up. He will be answering the question "What happened to you?" for some time. As the years go by, I have become more and more cautious on my bike. Healing takes longer than it used to.

Down on Grand Cayman Island, I was using these Snapchat Spectacles all the time. Everyone under 25 seemed to know exactly what they were and wanted to play with them. If you don't know, there is a little camera up there that records 10 seconds of video then sends it out to all your snapchat followers. It's kind of a fun thing! Anyway, this gal was over by the pool having a Moscow Mule and she asked to try them on!
