Another request for a turquoise necklace from someone who loves the autumn/earthy tones. These are lime green faceted chalk turquoise nuggets, varying in color tones of lime green hues with smidges of yellow in some stones..These nuggets have been stabilized and dyed a lively llime green color. This serves to improve its hardness and durability, as well as help prevent the absorption of body oils and deterioration from chemicals. Very small lime green freshwater pearls and antique gold finish washers have been sued as spacers.

I'm sure it was an accident, but the Missouri History Museum has the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's cookbook, "Special Requests," displayed with a little card that says, "Named one of the best books of 2007 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch." Tee-hee.

It's actually a great book -- and not just because I helped with a little bit of the photo stuff.
